South Korea’s new car registrations up 2.6 percent in 2022

In December last year, South Korea’s new car registrations rose by five percent month on month and by 24.0 percent year on year to 29,640 units, according to the data released by the Korea Automobile Importers and Distributors Association (KAIDA).

Meanwhile, in the full year, South Korean new car registrations advanced by 2.6 percent year on year to 283,435 units.
